This is a brief history of Star Visitors’ peaceful interaction with Earth and the reception they received.
a) 1941 – The first UFO crash of modern times went down in the Pacific Ocean many miles west of San Diego, and was later retrieved by the U.S. Navy. (The Navy has had a leadership position in UFO matters ever since.) Cf.: www.drboylan.com/wolfqut2.html
b1) 1945 (August 15) – The first on-land crash of an avocado-shaped starcraft, 30 feet wide and 14 feet tall, shot down by a military-grade microwave beam near San Antonio, New Mexico, just west of White Sands Missile range, about one month after the first atomic bomb test explosion July 16 at Trinity Site, White Sands Test Range. 1945. And about a week after the two 1945 atomic bombings of Hiroshima (August 6), and Nagasaki (Aug. 9th) with bombs tested at White Sands Test Range, NM. The craft’s mixed crew of Esticans (Mantis People) and Tall and Short Zetas were checking out the area around Trinity Site, to see if the senseless Americans had any more atomic bombs they were going to use to annihilate any more Japanese cities.
b2) 1947 (July 3) – The first UFO crash in popular awareness, southeast of Corona (Roswell), New Mexico. The craft’s artificial-intelligence navigation and guidance system was originally disabled by intense microwave transmissions from a R&D installation at White Sands Missile Range, NM, after which the craft initially ricocheted off a 6000′ ridge north of Capitan Peak in the Capitan Mountains east of WSMR, before making a catastrophic landing on the Brazell Ranch property 30 miles north of Roswell, NM. b3) 1948 (March 25) – Downing of UFO northeast of Aztec, New Mexico where a starcraft was shot down by U.S. military and crashed with the loss of all lives aboard. The killed included a mixed-race crew of seven aboard: Zetas, a Pleiadean, a Reptoid, an Onoogie, a gelatinous being, and a star person from the thin-framed, articulated-limbs race which the Hopi Indians call the Ant People (humanoids).They were searching for survivors of the Roswell crash.
c) 1952 (July 13-29) – A series of UFOs were sighted over Washington, DC, with the most publicized sightings occurring on the consecutive weekends of July 19-20 and 26-27, 1952. d) 1954 (February 20) – President Eisenhower made a secret trip to meet extraterrestrial ambassadors at Muroc [now Rosamond] Dry Lake, (now Edwards Air Force Base), in the Southern California desert, accompanied by generals, Edwin Nourse of the Brookings Institute, reporter Franklin Allen of the Hearst Newspapers Group, Los Angeles Catholic Bishop (later Cardinal) James F. McIntyre, metaphysician Gerald Light, and others. The President had previously arranged to be in nearby Palm Springs, California, purportedly for a golfing vacation. He “was spirited over to Muroc one night,” while reporters were fed the cover story that the President had a toothache and needed to see a dentist. While at Muroc Dry Lake, Eisenhower was present while a Star Visitor disc landed. Several Nordic-looking Pleiadean Star Visitors emerged to converse with the President and the generals. The Star Visitors requested that Eisenhower make the public aware forthwith of extraterrestrial contact with Earth. e) 1961 (September 19-20) – The first widely-reported close encounter involving being taken aboard a craft happened to Betty and Barney Hill, an American couple, who met Short Zetas from the Zeta Reticuli system. The false statements made by Air Force Major Paul Henderson, claiming the Hills had mistaken Jupiter for a UFO, need to be retracted. And debunking statements by Cabal asset Dr. Carl Sagan, claiming that the star map which the Zetas showed Betty Hill of the stars near their Zeta Reticuli binary star system was just a random alignment of chance points, also need to be refuted in favor of the veridicality of that map. f) 1964 (April 14) – The first official signed diplomatic agreement between Earth and Star Nations occurred under El Capitan Peak in the remote Guadalupe Mountains of northwest Texas. Present were 24 Human representatives selected by the Four Governments present: the United States, the Soviet Union, the People’s Republic of China, and the Council of Europe; as well as three representatives from the High Council of the Star Nations, (the governing body of the federation of star civilizations in our and adjacent galaxies). The principal issues for Star Nations in agreeing to these Meetings were that these Cabal-controlled Four Governments were persistently and violently interfering with Star Nations’ mission to protect the living Earth (“Earth Being” in Star Nations parlance), and to protect and assist the development of the Humans, and animal and plant life upon her. Star Nations asked that the Four Governments issue a cease-fire of attempted shoot-downs and desist from their practice of entrapment, capture and torture of Star Visitors. The Four Governments’ representatives demanded, in exchange for a cease-fire, that the Star Nations provide them with detailed information on the energy workings of Star Nations vehicles, equipment, or other energy devices used while within Earth’s atmosphere. g) 1969 (July 20) – The Apollo XI Moon Landing was witnessed by two enormous extraterrestrial spacecraft which landed on the far side of the crater edge and observed the Apollo XI Moon Module and the astronauts, as reported by NASA employees Otto Binder and Maurice Chatelain. According to a Soviet scientist, Dr. Aleksandr Kazantsev, Buzz Aldrin took color movie film of the UFOs from inside the module, and continued filming them after he and Armstrong went outside. h) 1970 (April 13) Star Visitors’ intervention preventing Apollo XIII from almost meeting with disaster when a mishap caused the astronauts to lose most of their spacecraft’s spare oxygen-making capacity. Dr. Michael Wolf, a consultant scientist with the National Security Council’s Special Studies Group, revealed that the Star Visitors secretly intervened to fix the oxygen source just enough to permit the Apollo XIII craft to limp back to Earth with its astronauts alive. Dr. Wolf stated that the Star Visitors had repeatedly warned the U.S. to stop coming into space until the U.S. gave up its nuclear weapons and stop trying to militarize space. (An unannounced purpose of the Apollo Moon Missions was to scout the Moon as a potential military base from which to launch attacks against various countries from space. I) 1967; 1975 – Northern U.S. Air Force Strategic Air Command (SAC) Minuteman ICBM nuclear missiles were shut down by UFOs overhead. At Malmstrom AFB’s ICBM missile sites on March 16, 1967, deputy crew commander Robert Salas of missile site “November” received a phone call from a security guard at the site, indicating that he and several other guards had seen UFOs near the site. Five minutes later, Salas received a call from the same guard who stated that a red-glowing, saucer-shaped craft was hovering just outside the front gate of the complex. It was at this time that the missiles began to shut themselves down, going off “Alert” and putting themselves in a “No-Go” status. Twelve hours later, at missile launch site “Echo”, located 20 miles away, launch commander Don Crawford suddenly found that his ICBMs were also shutting down. On Oct. 28, 1975 at Loring Air Force Base a UFO circled over the nuclear weapons storage area. On Nov. 28, 1975 Commander-in-Chief of North American Air Defense Command (NORAD) sent a Level 3 alert to NORAD units stating, “Since 28 Oct 75 numerous reports of suspicious objects [UFOs] have been received at the NORAD C[ommand] by reliable military personnel at Loring AFB, Maine, Wurtsmith AFB, Michigan, Malmstrom AFB, MT, Minot AFB, ND, and Canadian Forces Station, Falconbridge, Ontario, Canada.” Cf.: www.nicap.org/waves/1975fullrep.htm
j) 1985 – Star Visitors attempted direct peace geo-diplomacy with the Soviet President. NSC-Special Studies Group consultant scientist Dr. Michael Wolf revealed that USSR President Gorbachev was holding the Soviet equivalent of a National Security Council meeting inside the Kremlin. Despite well-armed elite Spetznatz security forces on guard outside the meeting room, two Star Visitors came in through the walls and began upbraiding Gorbachev up one side and down the other about having nuclear missiles aimed to annihilate other countries. He was told in no uncertain terms that he needed to stand down. k) 1990 – UFO lands in Puerto Rican village. NSC Special Studies Group consultant Dr. Michael disclosed an incident on the Carribean island of Puerto Rico, that occurred during the George Herbert Walker Bush Administration. “A UFO piloted by extraterrestrials, with F-16 fighter escort overhead, landed in a Puerto Rican community in 1990. The purpose of this exercise was to test the public reaction of a select portion of the American people.” (Puerto Rico is a U.S. Territory.) The Mayor of the community contacted President GHW Bush, excitedly told the President that “extraterrestrials got out of the ship and walked around,” and asked Bush what he should say to his citizens. l) 1997 (March 13); 2007 (Feb. 6) – The “Phoenix Light”s were a series of sightings of an extremely large UFO that occurred in the skies over Arizona and Nevada, and the Mexican state of Sonora on March 13, 1997. A repeat of the lights occurred February 6, 2007, and was filmed by the local Fox News TV station. The object was in the shape of a V or carpenter’s square with lights along the edges, and was about a mile in length according to Phoenix Vice-Mayor Frances Barwood. Various witnesses along the craft’s flight path from Henderson, NV to Tucson, AZ estimated its low altitude at from several hundred feet to 1000 feet. Former AZ Governor Fife Symington, a retired Air Force Captain, acknowledged on CNN that he personally saw the “dramatically-large, wedge-shaped craft” move slowly and silently over the Phoenix valley. m) circa 1500-present – The Tall Whites star race arrives and sets up residence on Earth. A contingent of Tall Whites have been resident in the Indian Springs Valley region of what is now the Nevada Test Site since before the first Euro-American settlers moved west. This star race originates from a location near but behind the Arcturus star system. These Tall Whites have found Earth to be a convenient way-station in their travels within this sector of the galaxy. Adult Tall Whites are around six feet in height and have generally humanoid features. They have blond hair, generally worn short, and the women tend to wear their hair in a feminine form of short cut. They are blue-eyed, and have larger-than-human eyes which wrap part-way around the side of their head. The Tall Whites otherwise look quite human, except that their skin is a chalky-white in color. Former USAF Airman Charles Hall was assigned in 1965-67 to work near and interact with the Tall Whites. He witnessed American Generals being allowed to board Tall White starcraft and be taken for rides into space. Hall recalls, “When the American Generals got off the craft they would be laughing like children who were just returning from Disneyland. n) 2008 (January 22) – Twelve environmental scientists from the planet Altimar arrive to help restore Earth’s ecology. Their mission is to work on remediating the environmental damage which has occurred in so many of our ecosystems. They also look forward to eventually working with select top Human environmental scientists in a collaborative effort towards environmental clean-up and restoration of Earth. They will teach our scientists, and show them the advanced technology which they use to help clean up Earth faster than we can do it on our own without such advanced environmental knowledge and equipment. o) 1947-present – Star Nations starcraft (“UFOs”) have been under attack by various militaries on Earth since at least 1945.A starcraft was shot down near White Sands Missile Range, NM in 1945 by a disruptive extra-strong microwave “radar” beam, as was the 1947 “Roswell” UFO shoot-down, and the “Cortez, NM” UFO deliberately shot down in 1948. Some belated U.S. admissions, and apologies, are in order.
In 2008 the UK Ministry of Defense declassified nineteen secret files detailing UFO encounters over the past decades, one of them involving a USAF Sabre fighter pilot who was ordered to fire at will against an unidentified flying object in British airspace. It happened over Norwich, UK in 1957. 26-year-old USAF pilot Lt. Milton Torres was called along with his wingman, while taking off from the Royal Air Force base in Kent. But something strange was happening: He was ordered to shoot the UFO down before they scrambled off to intercept it, something that had never occurred before.
By way of contrast, the Star Visitors’ non-violent defensive strategy is illustrated by an incident on September 19, 1976. Two Iranian F-4 Phantom fighter jets were ordered to close in on a UFO and one fighter attempted to launch a Sidewinder missile at the UFO. The Iranian pilot suddenly lost all instrumentation, including weapons control, and all communication. But as soon as the F-4 had turned away, instrumentation and communications were regained. a) Around 275,000 B.C. Star Visitors bio-engineered Homo Sapiens on planet Earth. Star Nations decided to accelerate evolution on Earth. They selected a promising Primate order representative from which to take reproductive material samples, crossed it with some of their own DNA, and reinserted it in the primate mother, so that the resulting offspring would be more intelligent. After several iterations of effort, the Visitors around 275,000 years ago achieved a hybrid with a portion of their very high intelligence, a smattering of their highly-developed psychic abilities and spirituality, and sufficient dexterity and coordination to be capable of fashioning tools and intricate designs. b) Around 130,000 B.C., Star Visitors genetically engineer a second-generation Human upgrade: Homo Sapiens Sapiens. After observing Homo Sapiens in operation over a number of generations, and its idiosyncratic blend of primate animal instinctuality with incipient intelligent spiritual sensitivity, the Star Visitors were dissatisfied with the intelligence level of their hybrid, and decided to proceed further with an additional genetic engineering upgrade. The result was what Earth anthropologists label Homo Sapiens Sapiens, modern humankind. This penultimate bit of bioengineering occurred approximately 130,000 years ago.
c) 600 B.C. – 1917 A.D. Star Nations sends Master Teachers to Earth to enlighten and uplift the spiritual and moral thinking of Humans in various regions. Star Nations decided that Humans needed some outside help to reach their full potential as conscious intelligent spiritual persons. Intervention took the form of cultural and spiritual teaching and tutoring, with these Teacher/Avatars emerging in various strategic zones around the Earth. These Teacher/Avatars have become known and revered as the Great Spiritual Teachers, some of whose wisdom has eventually become enshrined (though distorted) as the several World Religions. The Avatars (major world religious Teachers) are understood to include: Zoroaster/Zarathustra (Zoroastrianism), Lao-Tse (Taoism), Moses (Judaism), Krishna (Hinduism), Quan Yin (compassionate Chinese Buddhist Enlightened One), Siddartha Guatama, the Buddha (Buddhism), White Buffalo Calf Woman/Lady of Guadalupe (Native American spirituality), Quetzalcoatl and Viracocha (Meso-American spirituality), Yeshua ben Joseph/Jesus (reformed Judaism/Christianity), Mohammed (original un-“edited” teachings), Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani (Sufi reform-mystical Islam), and Bahá’u’lláh (Bahai). The modern era “Marian Apparitions”: the Lady of Guadalupe, (Mexico City area),1531; the Lady of Lourdes, (France), 1858; the Lady of Fatima, (Portugal), 1917 are of a female Pleiadean Master Teacher, (assumed by Humans to be the mother of Jesus), who attempted a last series of public message-giving to try to uplift moral behavior before the world plunged into a series of World Wars. Subsequent Star Nations efforts have been conducted through individual visits to Humans and asking them to share the messages. All these Star Teachers operated from the common principles of the 11 Universal Laws and the 11 Spiritual Laws, which all Star Teachers recognize, and adapted these 11:11 Laws to the Human understanding of the time. d) 216 B.C.-Present – Star Nations gradually educates the global population to Star Visitor reality and presence.

cc) Living beings seen associated with a UFO sighting. Recent instance: Sept. 16, 1994, a UFO lands on the grounds of the Ariel elementary school, Harare, Zambia for 15 minutes during recess and two Star Visitors emerged, one sitting on one of the spaceships and the other running back and forth in the grass. dd) A Human is taken aboard a UFO and interacts with the Star Visitors aboard.. Most famous example: Betty and Barney Hill, an American couple, who on Sept. 19, 1961 met Short Zetas from the Zeta Reticuli system.
ee) Human-initiated contact with the Star Visitors, including summoning a starcraft, or initiating a communication exchange with a Star Visitor. Recent example: Oct. 18, 2008: at the night Skywatch associated with the Star Kids & Star Seeds Workshop at Allentown, PA, the group did telepathic outreach to the Star Visitors. Several lighted craft were seen in the near-by sky and later several Zeta, Estican (Mantoid) and Reptoid Star Visitors came among the group and communicated.
This brief history illustrates that the Star Visitors come in peace and seek to encourage our best potential, and to gradually awaken us to our future as the newest civilization to join the interstellar family of advanced societies.
