If you cancel within 48 hours (2 days) of your appointment, no refund is payable.
If you cancel at least 48 hours (2 days) before your appointment, 50% refund will be issued for that session.
No refund is payable if you do not show up for your session.
In most cases, an alternative appointment can be agreed without the need to go through a refund process.
